Tensioning Instructions

1. Remove the Cone and Grub Screw:

• • Use an Allen key to unscrew and remove the grub screw located on the side of the hinge.

1. Adjust the Tension Pin:

   • Turn the tension pin clockwise to the next hole in the tension plate to increase tension.
   • If required, turn anticlockwise to reveal the tension pin for adjustment.

2. Re-Tighten the Grub Screw:

   • After adjusting the tension pin, securely tighten the grub screw using the Allen key.

3. Repeat the Process:

   • Perform this adjustment up to a maximum of six times (360 degrees total).
