Tensioning Instructions

1. Remove the Cone and Grub Screw:

   • Use an Allen key to unscrew and remove the grub screw located on the side of the hinge.

2. Adjust the Tension Pin:

   • Turn the tension pin clockwise to the next hole in the tension plate.
   • If necessary, turn anticlockwise to reveal the tension pin for adjustment.

3. Re-Tighten the Grub Screw:

   • After adjusting the tension pin, reinsert and tighten the grub screw securely using the Allen key.

4. Repeat the Process:

   • Repeat this adjustment process as needed, up to a maximum of six times (360 degrees in total).

⚠️ Caution: Avoid over-tensioning the hinge to maintain proper functionality and prevent damage.
