TENSION INSTRUCTIONS: 

• Remove the Cone and Grub Screw
  • Use an Allen key to unscrew and remove the grub screw located on the side of the hinge.

1. Adjust the Tension Pin

   • Turn the tension pin clockwise to the next hole in the tension plate.
   • If needed, turn anticlockwise to reveal the tension pin for adjustment.

2. Re-tighten the Grub Screw

   • After adjusting the tension pin, insert and tighten the grub screw securely with the Allen key.

3. Repeat the Process

   • Repeat this adjustment process up to a maximum of six times (360 degrees in total).

Do not over-tension the hinge to avoid damage or improper functionality.
