Patch and Pivot system

Engineered for high-performance and durability, this fitting supports 10mm (3/8") and 12mm (1/2") glass and features precise manufacturing tolerances of 0.005mm to 0.01mm. It is cycle-tested for up to 500,000 open/close operations, ensuring reliability in high-traffic areas.

The system offers two adjustable speed settings with a Hold Open function at 90 degrees, making it easy to control door movement. It is designed to handle a maximum door weight of 150KGs (330.69) and a door width of up to 48" (1219.2mm). The bottom plate allows for convenient adjustment, ensuring flexibility during installation.

Constructed from Grade 304 Stainless Steel with a custom aluminum cover plates, the Solidity Series is suitable for both interior and exterior applications.
